July 2004
On July 9, 2004, SL Industries was established with the mission of providing high-quality engineering solutions and services. The company is engaged in the production, development, creation, testing, modification and marketing of material handling machines, cranes, hoists and other machinery and equipment. In addition, SL Industries is actively involved in the business of intellectual property, software development and service provision. Over the years, the company has successfully established itself on the market, combining engineering and research and development activities with transportation and forwarding services.

On December 17, 2014, SL Engineering Services was founded as a sole proprietorship with limited liability. The company continues the tradition of SL Industries by expanding its activities and addressing the needs of a wider range of customers in the industrial sector. Headquartered in Ruse, the company is quickly establishing itself as a leading name in engineering solutions, offering products and services of high quality and innovation. On August 18, 2020, the company changed its name to Bullitt Engineering Ltd., under which it continues to develop and strengthen its position on the market, providing even more innovative and effective engineering solutions for its customers.

On April 26, 2022, Bullitt Engineering changed its legal form and was renamed Bullitt Engineering JSC, with increased capital and a new organizational structure. As a joint-stock company, the company positions itself even more strongly in the market, attracting investments and expanding the scope of its activities.
