Cell for robotic welding
Bullitt Engineering JSC has developed a robotic welding cell designed for industrial applications and automation of production processes. This innovative system was specially designed for the client "TV Gas" OOD from the city of Yambol and offers high efficiency, precision and reliability.
Schematic diagram of work
Main components and sequence of operation
Loading the products:
The operator uses a transpallet cart to place a pallet of welding products into the cage.
Initial positioning and rotation:
The robot manipulator picks up a part and rotates it 180 and 90 degrees to perform the first two welds. The product is gripped in the central opening of the bottle using a pneumatic gripper controlled by the robot.
Welding table positioning:
After the execution of the first two seams, the robot manipulator places the product on a welding table for the execution of the third welding seam.
Third seam welding:
While the welding robot performs the third seam of the first product, the robot manipulator picks up a second product and rotates it 180 degrees.
Cyclic process:
After completing the third seam of the first article, the welding robot moves to the second article to perform the first two seams.
Palletization:
The robot manipulator places the second product on a welding table and picks up the first, already welded product, palletizing it on a pallet. The cycle is repeated until the items to be welded are exhausted.
